"I’ve had SF for decades and I’ve never once had an issue or hung up the phone with them and felt like I wasn’t completely happy with the interactions or actions. Today was no different. I called, James L answered and put my mind at ease over something extremely benign. I had a question on adding another policy and in 10 minutes I was good to go for way less than I thought. Every time I call a SF office I feel like my experience can’t get any better than the last, and I’m constantly proven wrong. Well done State Farm, well done James!"

"I’m very dissatisfied with services (prices changed every month , life insurance charged double for same quarter ,no refunds or resolution going on 9months, disability policy issues etc) called many times sent emails, text no answer then a few weeks agent was on vacation twice Very un happy I would not recommend insurance agency"
